The Bridal Wreath Cottage is a magnificent, very private cottage set back from the rest with a king size bed, vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, and a sitting area with a double sleeper sofa bed.  This cottage is decorated with time-honored vineyard style. Blue and white nautical stripes on the walls and a chocolate sea grass headboard give it a quaint island living feel. The large and private sun deck with a two person hammock and bistro style chairs and table are perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine.

Hosta, is a lovely room located within a two-unit shared bungalow. It has a king size bed and is decorated in beautiful island blues and neutral earth tones.

The front door leads you onto a spacious screened porch, shared with Cosmos next door. The porch has comfy wicker chairs and a bistro table. This is a beautiful and secluded place to relax at the end of the day and watch the Menemsha sunset.

Cosmos is a lovely room located within a two-unit shared bungalow. It has a king size bed and is decorated in beautiful island blues and neutral earth tones. The Sea breeze cottage Cottage is a splendid double room cottage. The bedroom is decorated with blue and white nautical stripes and has a king size bed with a sea grass headboard and private full bath. The living room has a sofa sleeper perfect for two, a half bathroom, vaulted ceiling with exposed beams and is decorated in coastal blue and green tones.

The glass front door leads you to a private patio with comfy wicker chairs, a cocktail table, and a two person hammock overlooking the Menemsha harbor, the perfect place to watch the Menemsha sunset.

The Bedroom has its own door to a sun deck and private lawn.

Morning Glory Cottage is a striking private cottage set in its own garden. It has a true vineyard cottage summer feel with its king size bed and sea grass headboard, vaulted ceiling with exposed beams and decorated in cool green and blue tones. You can relax in comfy wicker chairs on your own sun deck with a spectacular view of the Beach Plum gardens and Menemsha harbor.

Hay Loft Suite is the newest addition to the Beach Plum Inn. On the second floor of this newly renovated two room master suite there is a large bedroom with private bath, a king size bed, a large vanity, and views of the Beach Plum Restaurant’s herb and flower cutting garden.

The ample size living room has a sofa sleeper, a large flat screen TV, a small breakfast area with a mini fridge, plenty of seating, and French doors that lead to a balcony outfitted with teak furniture and distant views of the Menemsha harbor.

The first floor of the Hay Loft is a common area available for all of our inn guests to enjoy. The interior walls are built with 100 year old barn board and the room is decorated with a chocolate leather sofa and matching chairs. There is a flat screen TV, perfect for watching the game with a couple of friends, a desk top computer for checking email or confirming travel plans, and large farm table with plenty of seating for a picnic lunch or card game.

The Hay Loft has coffee and packaged snacks available 24 hours a day and at 4pm there is a happy hour for our inn guests with complimentary wine and cheese.
